CHR Computerized Record Management and Reports
CHR's database will track the following data in order to provide a variety
of reports:
- demographic data
- job history information
- long-term and/or current year testing results such as audiograms,
pulmonary function tests, and chest x-rays
- standard history responses
- examination results
- work restrictions
- exposure history
- industrial hygiene sampling data
- Summary reports of test and examinations can also be generated for:
- an entire plant or location
- specific work locations
- other special populations as requested
- significant findings, diagnoses and history results
- individual trended profiles
- tracking of employees who need follow-up or referral for
further evaluation
