CHR Comprehensive Medical Surveillance Reports

Based on your company's needs, CHR will generate reports for your company in a variety of formats. Summary reports will enable your Medical Director or other qualified health professionals to evaluate the health of your employees and recommend any corrective or preventive measures that may need to be implemented by your company.

CHR will code significant findings, diagnoses, and history responses using ICD-9-CM or other coding schemes:

  • to eliminate coding bias

  • for mortality/morbidity reporting

  • for trend and cluster analysis
