CHR Vendor Qualification Services Due to the often unexpected need to qualify a new clinic, we would like to address CHR's Ability to Qualify Additional Occupational Health Providers. This is one of the first services that CHR provided when we incorporated in 1986, and established our Examiner Network. We have created a very extensive document entitled, "How to Qualify an Occupational Health Clinic." This qualification process includes information ranging from the credentials of the physician(s) and staff, type and calibration requirements of all equipment, and the geographic location and physical appearance. We assure that a facility can perform all required testing, and we negotiate prices to contain costs. We also visit clinics whenever traveling to that particular area. Qualifying a new vendor is a laborious process, for both CHR and the clinic, but it is imperative in order to avoid using an inadequate vendor to guarantee high quality services and records to our customers.
